At Anayshaaz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• • We accept returns only under the following conditions:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact
  • Due to the nature of fashion jewellery, returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Products showing signs of wear or alteration
  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Process

• • To initiate a return:
  • Email us at support@anayshaaz.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number, images/videos clearly showing the issue
  • Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

• • If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed at our discretion.
  • For any unauthorized or ineligible returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

• • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is on our part.

6. Exchange Policy

• • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

7. Cancellation Policy

• • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Important Notes

• • Slight variations in color or design due to screen resolution or photography are not considered defects.
  • Anayshaaz reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
