    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.

    • We currently ship across India.

    • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch

    • We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Anayshaaz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services beyond our control.
  1. Delivery Attempts
    • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the shipment.
    • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.
  1. Address Accuracy
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Anayshaaz will not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
    • Damaged or Missing Packages
    • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof.
    • Any claims for missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
